Oatmeal Cookie Mix

Ingredients: Regular Rolled oats, Enriched unbleached Flour (niacin, reduced iron, thamine mono-nitrate, riboflavin), granulated sugar, whole eggs, raisins, butter, all purpose shortening, salt, sodium bicarbonate, sodium acid pyrophosphate, corn starch, natural and artificial flavors, cinnamon.
Instructions: Approximately ¼ cup cold water, 2 cups cookie mix, yield 1 dozen 2” cookies. Add cookie mix to cold water, mix by hand for 2 minutes with wooden spoon. Using a large tablespoon place cookie mix on parchment paper (ungreased cookie sheet will work, but will brown bottom of
cookies) bake at 375 degrees for 13-16 minutes . Adjust time for desired chewiness.
