This package also includes 3 five gallon buckets and 3 #10 cans of flour. Flour has a shelf life of 3 years before it looses its' rising properties. It can still be used in any recipie that does not need to rise. Also included are 2 one pound packages of yeast. Yeast has a shelf life of 12-24 months.
