Instructions: For 9 – 4” pancakes add 2 ½ cups cold water, and 1 2/3 cup pancakes mix. Do not over mix. Add more water until desired consistency. Preheat oiled skillet, griddle to 375 degrees. Cook until golden brown, turning only once.
