Blueberry Pancake Mix, Freeze Dried

Ingredients: Enriched bleached Flour, (niacin, reduced Iron, thiamine, mono-nitrate, riboflavin) Freeze Dried blueberries, vegetable shortening, (soya & cotton seed oil) , flour, citric acid, cellulose gum, maltodextrin, pectin, artificial flavor, blue #1, red #40, sugar, soya flour, corn sugar, powdered buttermilk, corn starch, sodium bicarbonate, powdered whole eggs, sodium acid, phrophosphate, salt, monocalcium phosphate
Instructions: For 9 – 4” pancakes add 2 ½ cups cold water, and 1 2/3 cup pancakes mix. Do not over mix. Add more water until desired consistency. Preheat oiled skillet, griddle to 375 degrees. Cook until golden brown, turning only once.
