Buttermilk Pancake Mix

Ingredients: Enriched bleached Flour, (niacin, reduced Iron, thiamine, mono-nitrate, riboflavin) , sugar, soya flour, corn sugar, powdered buttermilk, vegetable shortening, (soya or cottonseed), corn starch, sodium bicarbonate, powdered whole eggs, sodium acid pyrophosphate, salkt, monocalcium phosphate.
Instructions: For 9, 4” pancakes, mix 1 ¼ cup cold water with 1 2/3 cups pancake mix. Cook on 375 degrees griddle. Cook until golden brown.
