Ingredients: Enriched bleached Flour, (niacin, reduced Iron, thiamine, mono-nitrate, riboflavin) , partially hydrogenated soy bean and/or cottonseed oil, corn syrup solids, sodium caseinate ( a milk derivative) , mono and diglycerides, dextrose, sweet whey solids, buttermilk solids, isolated soy protein, non fat milk.
Instructions: Mix 2 cups of biscuit mix, 1/3 cup + 1 TBSP water, 2 TBSP vegetable oil, and 1 TBSP Baking Powder, Yields 10-12 biscuits. Combine liquid and dry ingredients into bowl. Stir 2 minutes, turn out onto floured board and knead for 30 seconds, roll out and fold in half-once turn ¼ turn and roll out to desired thickness, out with biscuit cutter and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
