Instructions: Mix 2 cups of biscuit mix, 1/3 cup + 1 TBSP water, 2 TBSP vegetable oil, and 1 TBSP Baking Powder, Yields 10-12 biscuits. Combine liquid and dry ingredients into bowl. Stir 2 minutes, turn out onto floured board and knead for 30 seconds, roll out and fold in half-once turn ¼ turn and roll out to desired thickness, out with biscuit cutter and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
