Ingredients: Unbleached Wheat and whole wheat Flours, (niacin, reduced Iron, thiamine, mono-nitrate, riboflavin) , whole wheat flour, wheat bran, soy oil, brown sugar, granulated sugar,non-fat dry milk , salt, powdered honey, dough developer (monocalcium phosphate, L-Cysteine, pottasium bromate, soy lecithin) powdered whole eggs
Instructions: Add 6 cups of bread mix, 2/3 cup vegetable oil, 2 cups warm water. Knead until dough is smooth and elastic. (If a bread mixer is used, mix for 10-20 minutes on speed 2) Let dough rest for 15 minutes placing a towel over the dough. Divide into 3 parts for 3 one lb loaves of bread or 36 rolls. Let raise for 30-40 minutes or until dough has doubled in size (at 170 degrees in the oven 15-20 minutes) approximately. For bread 25-30 minutes , for rolls 12-15 minutes. Remove from oven and butter the tops.
