Ingredients: Enriched unbleached Flour, (niacin, reduced Iron, thiamine, mono-nitrate, riboflavin, folic acid) , granulated sugar,non-fat dry milk , salt, whole egg solids, yeast, lecitin, dough conditioner (whey, citric acid, corn starch, ascorbic acid)
Instructions: Add 5 cups of bread mix, ½ cup vegetable oil, 2 cups warm water. Knead until dough is smooth and elastic. (If a bread mixer is used, mix for 10-20 minutes on speed 2) Let dough rest for 15 minutes placing a towel over the dough. Divide into 2 parts for 2 one lb loaves of bread or 24 rolls. Let raise for 30-40 minutes or until dough has doubled in size (at 170 degrees in the oven 15-20 minutes) approximately. For bread 25-30 minutes , for rolls 12-15 minutes. Remove from oven and butter the tops.
