Instructions: Add ¾ cup milk or cold water, ¼ vegetable oil and 2 eggs to 3 cups of muffin mix in a medium bowl just until blended. Batter may be lumpy. Grease bottom of muffin tins and fill 2/3 full of batter. Bake at 425 degrees for 18-20 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Each recipie makes 12 muffins.
