Ingredients: Enriched Unbleached Flour, (niacin, reduced Iron, thiamine, mono-nitrate, riboflavin) , sugar, cream, salt, annatto extract, nonfat dry milk, maltdextrin, buttermilk, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, disodium phosphate, lactic acid, corn syrup solids, sodium caseinate ( a milk derivative) , mono and diglycerides, powdered whole eggs, salt, sodium bicarbonate, sodium acid pyrophosphate, corn starch, natural and artificial flavor.
Instructions: 1/3 cup water, 3 cups cookie mix, ¼ cup oil, 1 cup condiments (nuts, coconut, etc.) , yield 1 dozen 2” Cookies. Add cookie mix to cold water, mix with fork long enough to form dough consistency. Add condiments and mix in, spoon to ungreased cookie sheet , bake at 375 degrees for 13-16 minutes. Adjust time to give desired chewiness.
