Ingredients: Enriched unbleached Flour, (niacin, reduced Iron, thiamine, mono-nitrate, riboflavin) , sugar, brown sugar, patrially hydrogenated soya oil, powdered whole eggs, con syrup solids, semi-sweet chocolate chips, (granulated sugar, chocolate liquor, cream, salt annatto extract), nonfat dry milk, maltodextrin, buttermilk, sodium bicarbonate, natural and artificial flavors, disodium phosphate, lactic acid, citric acid, modified food starch (corn) , mono-calcium phosphate.
Instructions: Add 2 ¼ cups cookie mix into mixing bowl, ¼ cup vegetable oil, 1 egg and ¼ cup water. Mix by hand 2 minutes with wooden spoon, then finish working dough with hands. Using a large tablespoon place mix on parchment paper (ungreased cookie sheet will work but will brown bottom of cookies) Bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes , remove immediately. Place in airtight container. Yields 12 2” cookies per recipie.
